The easiest way to make a booking enquiry is through our booking form here.

If you book for charcuterie or drinks for less than 10 guests, we ask for your card details at the time of enquiry to authenticate £10pp to secure your booking. This isn’t a payment or charge, but should you not show or give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, the amount may be claimed.

If you book for a large party of over 10 guests for charcuterie, we do require a pre-order and payment of your food.

For private hires we require a deposit to secure the date, the amount will vary depending on the needs of your booking. This deposit will act as a retainer should you not meet the minimum spend agreed.

If you book for Afternoon Tea, a £15 deposit will be required to secure your booking. You can make amendments up to 12pm on the Thursday before your booking, along with any dietary requirements.

Please note, if you should cancel your reservation after 12pm on the Thursday
of your booking, a cancellation fee of £15 per guest will be retained to cover the food element that we have ordered & cannot cancel. The cancellation fee is not redeemable against your bill.

Payments can be made via card link or for corporate events via BACS. BACS payments must be received a minimum of 7 days in advance of your Event date. Please note that we now operate cashless venues.

You may cancel your booking at any time within the Cancellation Window by contacting our reservations team.

Table for Food or Drinks – up to 24 hours prior to Event.
Afternoon Tea – up to 48 hours prior to Event.
Private hire, Christmas, and bookings of over 15 guests– 28 days prior to Event.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days, though are typically quicker than this. Please do not contact us until this period has passed. We can only refund the original method of payment.

A cancellation after the Cancellation Window, or if you do not show for your booking, will result in your deposit being forfeited or your card being charged £10 per guest.

Walk-ins are always welcome, however we would recommend booking to guarantee a table.

Please note, Afternoon Tea is bookings only – bookings can be made up to 3 days in advance.

The Electric Garden and Stockholm are walk-ins only on Friday and Saturdays.

Yes, under 18s can stay in the venue till 8pm, but must be accompanied by an adult. For Private venue hires please speak to the bookings manager.

We operate a challenge 25 policy, ID may be required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

We have a strict no fancy dress and sports shirts policy. This includes things like sashes, party hats, and matching or football t-shirts, etc.

We serve charcuterie till 10pm.

Bookings of 30+ also have the option to pre-order canapé and buffet packages.

This will depend on your booking type, and will be communicated when you make your enquiry.Sometimes we may have to make reasonable changes to your booking. We will contact you as far in advance as we can to let you know if our food or drinks menus have been updated and your pre-ordered menu selections are no longer available, or if the products you have pre-ordered are unavailable or out of stock with our suppliers. We will do our best to offer a close alternative.If you want to change your pre-order, then we will let you know of any price changes that may have taken place since your booking was confirmed. We will honour the prices of packages included on your booking at the time of confirmation, but if you are looking to add on any items to your package, those items will be subject to the latest prices.

Of course, you can bring your own decorations &/or cake however we can’t store these before or after your booking. We only ask that you don’t bring table confetti as it stains the tables & that you are mindful not to damage our fixtures, fittings and furnishings.

Bookings are generally two hours, but we can extend this on request.

Afternoon tea bookings are 90 minutes.

Yes, we have the following spaces available.

Electric Garden – Top floor has a capacity of up to 50 guests with a mixture of seating and standing.

Stockholm – Ground floor has a capacity of 80 guests with a mixture of seating and standing.

Blue rooms – Semi private rooms on the middle floor for up to 20 guests.

We are now a cashless venue, please bring a card to make payment.

Our menu has vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. We can also cater to more complex dietary requirements on request.

We do not offer Halal meat, but have plenty of vegetarian options.

Our kitchen will prepare required food in a separate area. However, due to the nature of our kitchen we cannot guarantee that anything is 100% free of allergens.

Yes, we have bottomless options on Saturdays. Please find our afternoon tea menu ‘here’.

Each guest can select their own food and drinks choices, not everyone in the party has to have the same.

We do not take reservations after bottomless events, this is due to responsible service of alcohol.

We can only process refunds using the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.

If you need to amend your booking, please contact our reservations team via your email communication.

Your enquiry becomes a confirmed booking when your payment card details have been accepted and/or you have paid the deposit/provided a full pre order that the booking may require.

Unfortunately, as we are a listed building, we do not have a lift or wheelchair accessibility.

Yes, small well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Gift vouchers can be bought ‘here’ and are valid for one year from date purchased. If you would like a physical voucher, please contact the reservations team.
